Join us for the Pleasantdale Elementary 3K Turkey Trot, a fun and festive event for the whole family! Lace up your running shoes and trot your way to the finish line while celebrating the spirit of Thanksgiving. Participants are encouraged to show off their best Thanksgiving-themed costumes, whether you’re a turkey, a pilgrim, or even a pumpkin pie!

After the run, enjoy a delicious treat from one of our sponsors Domo Realty, free for all participants. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, the Turkey Trot promises to be a great time for everyone. Trot starts at 8:30!

All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting after-school programs and enrichment activities for our students. Join us in making this trot extra special while supporting our school community!

Waiver Agreement

As a participant in the 3K Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 16, 2024, I verify that I have read, understand, and accept the terms of this waiver and release. My submission of this form shall act as my (or my child’s) legal signature. I understand the nature of this event and the risks involved in participating in this event. I know that running and walking a street race is a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that I should not participate unless I am medically able and sufficiently trained to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of any race official concerning my ability to safely complete this event. I assume all risks associated with my (or my child's) voluntary participation in this event, including, but not limited to, traffic and other conditions of the streets, falls, creek, and contact with other participants, and the effects of the weather, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. Knowing these facts, for, and in consideration of, my (or my child’s) participation in this race, I, for myself (or my child’s), heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my (or my child’s) behalf, waive, release, covenant not to sue, and fully indemnify and hold harmless and discharge the Pleasantdale School Foundation Inc, race participants, race officials, workers, volunteers, and any and all officers, directors, employees and other representatives of the foregoing, and any successors or assigns of the foregoing, and hold and waive them harmless from and against ANY AND ALL actions, claims, injuries, demands, liabilities, loss, damage, or expenses, including but not limited to death, personal injury, and property damage, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of, or in the course of, my (or my child’s) participation in this event, the 3K Turkey Trot. I have read the above Waiver & Release, and by submitting the 3k Turkey Trot registration form I understand and agree with all of the terms of the waiver statement.
